摘　　要：目的完善供应室的规章制度和管理措施,严把消毒供应室工作质量关。方法设立合理的建筑布局,加强各层次人员的培训,健全各项规章制度,正确使用先进设备,转变服务观念,提高整体护理水平。结果建立了合理的工作布局,提高了各层次人员的业务素质和职业道德素质,确保了无菌物品质量。结论合理的建筑布局,精湛的业务素质,严格的质量控制,服务方式的转变,可确保消毒供应室的工作质量,使灭菌产品达到零缺陷。Objective To consummate the regulation and managerial measure, strengthen the control of CSSD quality. Methods Reasonable architecture layout was established and people in different position were trained to observe the regulation and use the equipment correctly. Results Reasonable working flow improved the working ability and moral level of the CSSD people and guaranteed the quality of abacterial products. Conclusion The reasonable architecture layout, excellent working ability, strict quality control and the transformation of service conception can bring the perfect work quality and make the abacterial products eligible.
