摘  要:利用MTS测试系统对层压复合材料靶板的准静态侵彻性能进行了试验。考察了Twaron、PVA(TS)、PVA(TP)3种靶板的靶板阻力和穿孔能量与靶板厚度或面密度的关系;对不同厚度层压板构成的靶板组合体的测试结果表明:靶板中分层的存在,将降低靶板的最大侵彻阻力和能量吸收能力,预置分层的靶板结果却有所不同,主要原因是由于两者对侵彻的响应行为有很大差异;试样的尺寸对准静态侵彻过程中能量的吸收有着很大的影响,证实了靶板的整体响应是能量吸收的重要途径。By means of MTS testing system, a series of quasi-static penetration tests are conducted for each type of specimen ( Twaron, PVA (TS) , PVA (TP) , UD66 ). The relationships between the penetration resistance / perforation energy and thickness / area density are examined for four kinds composites laminates. For Twaron-PVA lay-up hybrid composite laminates, the effects of the volume fraction of Twaron fiber on the maximum penetration resistance / perforation energy are investigated. The penetration of several laminates with a total number of 20 layers of Twaron fabric, is performed. The results show that the peak force and penetration energy of these plates with delamination are less than those of a fully bonded plate. The effect of geometry on perforation energy indicates that the global response of laminates is an important way of energy absorption.
