大学生自杀态度、自杀意念与心理健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生心理健康状况及对自杀态度的认识,分析影响大学生自杀态度的主要因素。方法使用QSA及SCL-90对1000名大学生进行整群随机抽样,对调查结果采用分类比较的方法比较不同类别间心理健康水平的差异。结果13.7%的大学生有自杀意念,男生自杀意念的比例比女生高;大学生对自杀行为性质的认识存在性别差异(F=0.691,P=0.015),女生对安乐死的认可、理解和宽容程度较高,而男生则持中立态度(t=2.145,P=0.032);不同性别、专业对自杀行为性质的认识存在差异,不同宗教信仰对自杀者家属的态度存在差异(P<0.05)。大学生自杀态度与心理健康状况之间呈显著相关。结论大学生的心理健康状况不容忽视,亟待采取措施提高大学生的心理健康水平,降低自杀率。Objective To explore the correlation between the suicide idea of undergraduates and it＇s related factors. Methods QSA and UPI were administered to 1000 undergraduates. Results 13.7% of the undergraduates investigated have suicide idea; boys and girls differ significant on cognition of commit suicide （ F = 0. 691, P = 0. 015 ） , the degree of approbation ,comprehension and toleration that the female hold on euthanasia is higher, then the male hold the neutral attitude;the cognition that undergraduates hold on the behavior of commit suicide between different sex and profession is showed significant;the attitude towards commit suicide family meembers of different religion and faith exists difference（P〈0.05）. The commit suicide attitude and mental health status of undergraduates reports to show negative related. Conclusion The mental health of undergraduates would not to be neglected, and measure should be adopted to increase the level of mental health of undergraduates, and to reduce commit suicide.
