海港卫生检疫监管模式转变研究

摘　　要：通过对海港卫生检疫监管工作现状的回顾及对未来工作模式的展望,提出了“转变海港卫生检疫监管模式,实现由电讯检疫向电子检疫提升”的设想,并在充分尊重卫生检疫监管工作需求的前提下,结合网络化技术,就海港电子卫生检疫监管平台的搭建提出了初步的设计框架。On review the current situation of the seaport health quarantine and, prospecting the coducting mode in the future, and then to bring forward the plan “which is to change the supervising mode of health quarantine in the seaport and upgrade radio pratique to electron pratique”. According to the needs of daily quarantine routine and the technology of network, the author also brings forward the configuration of seaport electron pratique system.
