摘　　要：土地整理是实现耕地总量动态平衡的最重要途径之一。土地整理必须以土地资源的可持续利用为原则,以保护和改善生态环境为前提,实现生态型土地整理。介绍了中国土地整理的现状、阐述了土地整理的内涵及意义,指出现阶段土地整理中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出一些对策。The object of farmland consolidation must stick to the principle of sustainable development of soil resource,and while the conservation and improvement of eco-environment should be considered an important precondition. This object will realize the integration benefit of society,economy and eco-environment, and realize the transformation from farmland consolidation to eco-consolidation. Present situation.Actuality of land consolidation in China is introduced in this paper. Connotation and significance of farmland consolidation are presented, then some problems existing in farmland consolidation and countermeasures are put forward.
