摘　　要：资源型城市是依托自然资源的开发而兴起或发展起来的城市,面临着经济与社会的诸多矛盾和问题。在分析了资源型城市经济转型存在的主要障碍的同时,研究探讨了落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会而应坚持的经济转型战略。Resource - based cities are those that arose or developed on natural resources. Now they face a lot of economic and social problems. Based on the introduction of Chinese resource - based cities, this article analyzes the major barriers in economic stylic transformation and presents the strategic instructions for those cities in the process of carting on scientific development and forming socialist harmonic society.
