摘　　要：首先介绍国际上通行的项目管理模式,然后通过几个不同方面对管理模式进行对比分析,并针对我国目前的情况提出项目投资人应充分依靠社会化、专业化的项目管理公司进行管理的观点。Firstly, this paper introduces the current mode of project management in the world. Then it analyses their advantages and disadvantages of different aspects. It also suggests that the investor of a construction project should contract with socialized and specialized project management companies to manage the project.
