摘 要:采用浊度法和激光浊度法测定了不同温度下氯化聚丙烯(CPP)-甲苯溶液浓度对正己烷稀释比值的影响规律,结果发现稀释比值随温度的升高而增大,随浓度的增加而减小.氯化聚丙烯-甲苯溶液浓度大于0.01 g.mL-1,稀释比值随浓度改变的速率较小,可以作为一个特征数字表征该体系的性质.测定还发现CPP的稀释比值随其氯化度的增大而降低,CPP接枝马来酸酐接枝物的稀释比值随其接枝率的增加而减小.对比可知,上述规律均是由分子极性的增加造成的.可以将稀释比值随氯化度和接枝率的变化关系统一在一个经验方程中.The law of dilution ratio influenced by temperature and the concentration of chlorinated polypropylene-toluene solution is studied using laser monitoring observation system and classical method of turbidity. Results show that the dilution ratio increases with the increasing temperature, and declines with the increasing concentration. When the concentration is more than 0.01g·mL^-1, the decline speed of dilution ratio with concentration is slower. The laws that dilution ratio decreases with the increasing chlorine content and it declines with the increasing grafting yield are also found. The results are caused by the increasing molecular polarity. The relation between dilution ratio and chlorine content, and the relation between dilution ratio and grafting yield can be described by the same equation.
