摘　　要：发展是人类共同关注的重大问题,是当今时代的主题之一,也是我们党执政兴国的第一要务。党的十六届三中全会提出要按照“五个统筹”的要求,牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观。我们党提出的科学发展观,遵循了马克思主义社会发展理论的基本原理,适应了时代发展的新要求,具有重大的现实指导意义。Development is an important issue that the mankind pays close attention to, and one of the themes of current era, it is an important task that our party is in power and make the country prosperous.
