利多卡因氧气雾化麻醉在纤支镜检查术前麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察利多卡因氧气雾化麻醉在纤支镜检查术前麻醉效果。方法选2002年9月～2003年11月在我院行纤支镜检查的患者，随机分组为观察组与对照组进行对比研究。结果观察组：满意率92.3％，不满意率7.7％，失败率0％。对照组：满意率28.8％，不满意率65.4％，失败率5．8％。结论利多卡因氧气雾化麻醉效果好。Objective Observe the anesthesia effect on the Dolicaine oxygen atomization anesthesia to the Xianzhijing check ahead the operation. Methods Choose the patients who were take the Xianzhijing check in our hospital from September ,2002 to November, 2003. And divide them into two groups （the observe group and the control group） randomly and study on them. Results The satisfied rate, the dissatisfied rate, and the failure rate of the observe group are 92.3%, 707%, 0% respectivelty. The satisfied rate, the dissatisfied rate, and the failure rate of the control group are 28.8% ,65.4% ,5.8%. Conclusion The effect of the Dolicaine oxygen atomization anesthesia is good.
