摘　　要：现代医院危机管理是我国医院管理中最为薄弱的环节之一。本文在阐述危机管理涵义及其必要性的基础上,提出了现代医院危机管理的基本思路,并结合思路进一步阐明了现代医院进行危机管理的基本措施:1·培育现代医院的危机文化,不断强化危机意识,不断创新;2·加强医疗危机风险评估;3·健全危机管理体系,培养强有力的危机公关能力;4·积极推进质量建设;5·确保现代医院内各种信息能及时地反馈和流通。Modem hospital＇s crisis management is one of the weakest links in hospital management in our country. The writer of the article proposes the basic train of thought of the crisis management in modem hospitals, based on defining the meaning of the crisis management and its necessities, and further explains the essential measures of the crisis management in modem hospitals： 1. cultivating the crisis culture in modem hospitals, constantly refreshing consciousness of the crisis and innovating consciousness of it continually; 2. enhancing the evaluation of medical crisis; 3. perfecting the crisis managerial system and cultivating a forceful ability for public relation activities in dealing with the crises; 4. improving actively the quality construction; 5. assuring that all kinds of information can be put into feedhack and circulation on time in modem hospitals.
