摘　　要：目的自我接纳是心理健康的重要因素之一。本文试图对女大学生自我接纳的现状进行调查分析，并且其研究重点在于说明自我接纳对于增强人际信任、改善人际关系的重要性。方法采用丛中、高文凤所编制的自我接纳量表、Remple ＆ Holmes编制的信任量表、自编的一道测量人际关系满意度的问题对200名女大学生进行了调查。结果1、自我接纳、人际信任、人际关系满意度三者的相关都达到统计学士的显着性水平（P〈0.01）。2、通过对自我接纳进行高低分分组，将其在人际信任和人际关系满意度上进行差异性检验，得出存在着显着性差异。3、通过自我接纳、人际信任预测人际关系满意度的多元回归分析得出人际信任首先进入对人际关系满意度的预测。Objective Self-acceptance is one of the most important factors in mental health. The article try to study the actuality of self-acceptance of the female college students, and the important side is to study the importance of the self-acceptance on enhancing the human in trust and contentment of the human relation. Method 200 female college students were tested, using two questionnaires which content the self-acceptance authorized by GaoWenfeng ＆ Cong Zhong and human trust autho- rized by Remple ＆ Holmes, and a self-made question about the contentment of human relation. Results 1 .The correlations between self-acceptance, human trust and the contentments of human relation reach the significant level of statistics （P〈0. 01 ）. 2.The group of high score and low score which is grouped on the self-acceptance reach the significant level of statistics on the human trust and contentments of human relation. 3.The result show that the human trust enter forecast to the contentment of the human relation the first.
