复合绿色饲料添加剂对熊胆汁质量及产量的影响

摘　　要：为阐明熊用复合绿色饲料添加剂对熊胆汁的产量、干粉率、干粉量及熊胆粉中的熊去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸、氨基酸含量的影响,选择5头有管取胆黑熊进行了本试验.试验结果表明,添加0.5%熊用绿色饲料添加剂可显著提高有管取胆熊的胆汁(P<0.01或P<0.05)、干粉量(P<0.01或P<0.05)、干粉率(P<0.01或P<0.05),还可显著提高有管取胆熊的经济效益.Five black bears were selected to clarify the effects of compound green additive on the gall output, dry bile-powder rate, dry bile-powder output and UDCA, CDCA, amino acid content in bile powder. The result showed that adding 0.5 % additive can remarkably improve the gall content （ P〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）, bile-powder（ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, dry bile-powder rate（ P 〈0.01 or 0.05）, and the economic benefit of the bears.
