摘  要:试验以春季新萌发的红叶臭椿幼嫩枝条为外植体,通过系列试验探讨了不同植物激素对红叶臭椿离体培养有效增殖的影响。结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L利于外植体的启动培养;MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L是有效增殖的适宜培养基,其继代增殖系数达5.0;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA3.0 mg/L+IBA 2.0 mg/L,生根率可达90%以上。适宜的组培苗移栽技术,使组培苗的温室移栽成活率达90%以上。并通过简化培养基的试验,极大降低了红叶臭椿组培苗的生产成本,形成一套切实可行的组培快繁育苗体系。The new emerging stems and buds of Ailanthus altissima Swingle in spring were used as explants and incubated on MS media with different hormone combinations to induce adventitious buds. The adventitious buds were transferred into several subcuhuml media for rapid propagation. The result showed MS + BA1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.1 mg/L was beneficial to inducing adventitious buds. The best subcultural medium was MS + BA 0. 5 mg/L + IBA 0. 1 mg/L, the propagation rate of adventitious buds was 5.0. The optimum medium for producing roots was MS + IAA 3.0 mg/L + IBA 2.0 mg/L, the rooting rate could reach over 90%, the average number of root was 4.5. The proper method of transplantation was used to keep the survival rate reach over 90%. And the simplification experiments of the culture media largely reduced the operating costs. Thus a practicable industrialized breeding system of Ailanthus altissima Swingle was established.
