废轮胎回转窑中试热解炭中O、S、N、Zn的X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析

摘　　要：应用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对废轮胎回转窑中试热解炭(PCB)中O、S、N、Zn的化学形态进行分析.结果发现,热解炭本体中“双键氧SO”峰随热解温度升高不断增大,硫化物含量高,Zn和大部分N分别以ZnS和胺的形态仅存在于热解炭本体中;商用炭黑中不含硫化物、N及Zn,O主要以“双键氧SO”形态存在;热解炭表面吸附层中S以“S-CR-S—S-R”形态存在,O的存在形态随热解温度的不同而改变,而450℃时热解不完全,表面吸附物很少;热解炭本体、表面吸附层及商用炭黑中均不含氧化物;热解炭粒径越小,O、S、N和Zn的存在形态越接近本体,表面吸附层的厚度大约为0.2mm,表面吸附层对热解炭整体的影响是有限的.The chemical structures of O, S, N and Zr, in carbon black from pyrolysis of used tire in pilot-scale rotary kiln were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. It was found that in the bulk of pyrolytic carbon black（PCB）, the peak of‘ = O/S--O＇ increases with the increase of pyrolysis temperature and the concentration of sulphide was high. Zn and most N, as ZnS and amine, respectively, were only present in the bulk of PCB. In commercial carbon black （CCB）, no sulphide, N or Zn is detected and most O is present as‘ = O/S--O＇. In the surface absorbed layer of PCB, S is present as‘S - C/R - S--S - R＇ and the chemical structure of O varies with the pyrolysis temperature. However, the surface absorhates are few when the pyrolysis is not complete at 450℃ . No oxide is detected in PCB bulk/surface or CCB. The smaller the diameter of the PCB particles is, the more similar the chemical structures of elements O, S, N and Zn are to the bulk. The thickness of the PCB surface layer is about 0.2 mm and the bulk of PCB is not affected by the surface layer.
