摘 要:比较了混合稀土(LaCe)对快速凝固CuCr合金不同状态下组织和性能的影响,结果表明:在急冷态,稀土元素消除了CuCr合金部分柱状晶,稀土元素本身的添加使显微硬度有所提高;抑制时效后CuCr合金二次Cr颗粒的析出,使硬度值随时效温度变化相对比较平稳,提高热稳定性,延缓了过时效的发生。此外,稀土元素改变了CuCr合金共晶组织的短棒状或层片状形态,大多以网状共晶组织存在,经退火共晶组织更加清晰化。The microstructure and hardness of Cu-Cr and Cu-Cr-RE alloys rapidly quenched and aged were studied by optical microscope, micro-hardmeter, SEM and SIMS. The results show that the growth of partial columnar grain is suppressed and the hardness is increased due to the addition of rare earth elements (La-Ce) in the rapidly quenched alloys. The precipitation of second Cr particles is suppressed during aging treatment, by adding rare earth elements, so the mechanical property of Cu-Cr-RE alloy at elevated-temperature is improved. The eutectic structure in Cu-Cr alloy changes from short-rod and lamellar eutectic structure to network eutectic structure in Cu-Cr-Re alloy.
