摘 要:采用湿法搅拌磨和气流磨,对用作防氡防辐射基元材料原料的重晶石、沸石进行超细加工和激光粒度分布测试,结果表明:重晶石、沸石通过湿法和干法粉磨加工,在一定的时间内都可以超细粉碎到d90小于10 μm,从粉磨时间以及粉磨成本来比较干磨法要明显优于湿磨法;重晶石进行超细加工后所制备的水泥砂浆的外照射指数从0.51降到0.23,重晶石所配腻子的氡和放射性屏蔽率提高20%~30%.当沸石的粒度减小时,水泥砂浆对氡的屏蔽率提高的屏蔽率最大达26%.沸石从119μm降到18 μm时,腻子的防氡率从37.9%提高到53.1%.防辐射性能从整体上来看是粒度越细性能越好.Stirred mill and jet pulverizer are used to crush barite and zeolite which can be used as elementary material of radon-proof and radiation-protection in building materials, and the laser particle size distribution of barite and zeolite was tested. The results indicated that:the size of barite and zeolite crushed via stirred mill (wet method) and jet pulverizer (dry method) within a certain time can reach d90, smaller than 10 μm. Considering processing periods and costs, the latter was obviously superior to the former. The outer-irradiation index of the cement mortar made by the super-fined Barite was decreased from 0.51 to 0.23. The radon-proof and radiation-protec- tion rate of putty went up to 20%-30%. When the granularity of Zeolite was downsized in some degree, the radon-proof rate of cement mortar met its peak value (26%). And with the size of Zeolite dropped from 11 μm to 7μm,the radon-proof rate of putty increased from 37.9% to 53.1%. Generally,the smaller the granularity was, the greater the radiation-protection feature was.
