摘  要:目的:从所含化学成分的角度来比较云南省内不同产地灯盏细辛药材质量的异同.方法:通过测定热水浸出物,总黄酮含量,不同溶剂提取物的紫外光谱来比较不同产地灯盏细辛药材的异同.结果:灯盏细辛药材热水浸出物在24.7%~38.0%之间,总黄酮含量在3.22%~8.23%之间,各样品紫外光谱基本一致.结论:不同产地灯盏细辛药材的质量基本一致.Objective : To compare the quality of the crude drug Dengzhan Xixin ( Erigeron breviscapus ) from different regions of Yunnan. Methods: Determining the water extraction and total flavonoids, and measureing the UV spectrum of 30 samples which were collected in different regions of Yunnan. Results : For 30 samples, the range of water extraction is 24.7% - 38.0% and the total flavonoids is 3.22% - 8.23%, the UV - spectrum was very similar. Conclusion: The quality of the crude drug Dengzhan Xixin ( Erigeron breviscapus ) from different regions was similarity, and its quality depends on its mechanism of heredity but not its growing entironment.
