摘  要:目的:测定滇丹参超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO2)和常规提取物中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:样品经索氏提取4h后,以苯—乙酸乙酯(19.5∶0.5)为展开剂,检测波长λS=480nm,参比波长λR=630。结果:平均回收率为99.81%,RSD为3.94%.结论:本方法灵敏,准确,专属性强,可作为制定滇丹参提取物质量标准的含量测定方法之一。Objective: To determine Tangshinone ⅡA from the traditional extraction and SFE - CO2 extraction of Salvia yunnanerasis C. H. Wright. Method: After the sample is extracted 4 hour by soxhlet extraction, and A mixed sol- vent system of benzene and ethyl acetate(19.5:0.5) was used as the developer. The scanning was perfomled at λs = 480nm, λR =630nm. Result: The recovery was 99.81%, RSD was 3.94%. Conclusion: The methyl with sensitivity, accuracy and exclusiveness should be one of the ways of establishing the quality standard of ,Salvia yunnanensis C. H. Wright' s extraction.
