热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症312例随访病人分析

摘　　要：为了观察热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的远期临床疗效,对312例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行了出院后3个月至3年以上随访,随访结果:治愈率27.56%,好转率69.23%,无效率3.21%,总有效率达96.79%,说明热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效巩固。To observe the forward calinical effects of treating Protrusion of Lumbar lntervertebral Dise with Warm needling, a Follow - up results have been made to the 312 Cases of these patiens after their leaving the hospital. Time ranges from three monthes to three years after leaving the hospital. The results showed that the curing rate was 27.56%, getting better rate was 69.23%, non - effect rates was 3.21%, the overall effective rate was 96.79%, with indicated treating Protrusion of Lumber lntervertebral Disc with warm needling have good result.
