摘　　要：ITU—T(国际电信联盟)H.323标准目前已成为基于IP网络视频会议系统的主流标准和技术,而视频通信是视频会议系统的主要组成部分。本文以H.261视频数据传输为例,研究了如何利用实时传输协议(RTP)来保证视频数据流的实时传输。同时在研究现有的H.261数据RTP封装结构的基础上,提出了一种新的高效的RTP封装方法,并加以实现。ITU-T Recommendation H. 323 has become the main video conference standard and technology over IP network,and the video communication is the main part of video conference system. In this paper,through an example of H. 261 video stream transportation, we study how to guarantee the real time transportation of video stream by RTP（Real- time transport protocol）. After studying the RTP encapsulation structure of H. 261 video stream,we give an efficient encapsulation method and get it to realizatin.
