摘　　要：通过对比各生产工序中胶管钢丝的性能,分析72A高线盘条存在的问题,提出生产72A盘条的建议。炼钢时控制化学成分均匀稳定;连铸时控制方坯缺陷;开轧温度控制在(930±20)℃,吐丝温度控制在(880±10)℃,可得到符合要求的盘条。To analyze the problems existing of 72A high speed wire rod through comparing the property of steel wire for hose in each production process, The suggestions producing 72A steel wire rod are put forward： to control the chemical composition uniformity and stabilization as smelting , to control flaw of billet as continuous cast , to start rolling at （930 ± 20） ℃ and to spin （880 ± 10 ）℃, then the rod being up to requirement can be produced,
