蕲蛇酶注射液治疗老年高粘血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的现察蕲蛇酶注射液对老年高粘血症的治疗效果.方法80例高粘血症老年患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,治疗组采用蕲蛇酶注射液0.75u+5%GS250mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d;对照组采用复方丹参注射液16mL+低分子右旋糖酐250mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d,检测治疗前后血液流变学的变化.结果治疗组血粘度明显降低(P＜0.01),与对照组比较有显著差异(P＜0.01～0.05).结论蕲蛇酶注射液对老年高粘血症有明显疗效.OBJECTIVE To detect the therapeutic effect of Agkistrodon acutus enzyme on elderly with hyperviscosemia. METHODS Eighty cases were divided into 2 groups. Treatment group （n = 40） was treated with agkistrodon acutus enzyme injection 0. 75u adding in 5 % glucose 250mL intravenous dripped Control group （n =40 ） was treated with Fufan-dangshen injection 16mL adding in dextran 40 glucose 250mL intravenous dripped. There were 14 days for a therapy course in both groups. The indexes of blood lipids were detected before and after treatmet . RESULTS The indexes of blood lipids in treatment group with Agkistrodon acutus enzyme were obviously improved （P（0.01）. The treatment group was better than the Control group aftre therapy（P〈 0. 01）. CONCLUSION Agkistrodon acutus enzyme has significant effects on the elderly with Hyperviscosemisa.
