心电监护下线索诱发海洛因渴求程度及心率、血压的变化

摘　　要：目的:心电监护下评价海洛因相关环境诱发心理渴求程度及心率、血压的变化。方法:对143名自愿戒毒人员,放松训练后给予心电监护,询问渴求分值,记录当时心率、血压数值作为基线值。然后暴露于吸毒相关环境,询问诱发后渴求分值,并记录诱发后心率、血压作为诱发数值。利用配对t检验方法分析暴露前后上述心理及生理指标的变化。结果:暴露前后,海洛因依赖者的心理渴求程度、心率、血压均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖者在相关线索环境下能够诱发出明显的心理渴求,并引起心率、血压等相应生理指标的改变,在此基础上两者相互作用,大大增加复吸的可能性。Objective： To estimate the changes of craving and physiological indexes such as heart rate,blood pressure elicited by heroin related cue for abstinent heroin addicts under electrocardiography custody. Methods：143 heroin addicts who were in the state of abstinence in Shanghai Voluntary Drug Abuse Treatment Center were recruited. After relaxation exercises, the participants were assessed in craving for drugs while their heart rate, blood pressure recorded as baseline values under electrocardiography custody and then they were exposed to heroin related cue, and their craving and related physiological indexes were assessed and recorded again as elicited values. Resets： There was a significant difference in craving, heart rate and blood pressure before and after cue exposure （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Heroin related cue can induce craving obviously and change related physiological indexes apparently. These factors may interact, on the basis of which the likelihood of relapse will increase.
