摘　　要：目的:了解太原市海洛因滥用情况。方法:随机抽取2004年1月1日以后,2004年5月17日之前,进入太原地区某强制戒毒所治疗的海洛因滥用者100例进行访谈,以自制量表记录情况,进行横断面研究。结果:接受调查的100例滥用者中,首次吸毒时年龄27.15a±s8.62a;文盲、初中文化水平者占83%;个体经营者和无业人员占56%;滥用的药物为海洛因或当地产土制海洛因,多药滥用者占16%;滥用方式主要为烫吸(77%);首次吸毒的原因主要为好奇(47%)。吸毒后月人均收入明显下降(P<0.001)。结论:太原地区的海洛因滥用初始吸毒年龄偏大;以烫吸为主;个体经营和无业者居多;文化水平偏低。禁毒重在预防。Objective： To understand the situation of heroin abuse in Taiyuan. Methods： Interviews were conducted on 100 randomized samples of heroin abusers who were doing drug detoxification in a center in Taiyuan from January 1st to May 17th, 2004, with a self-designed questionnaire, Results： The average age of initial drug use was 27.15a±s8.62 a; 83% had middle school or under middle school education; 56% of them were self-employed and unemployed; all used heroin or local-made heroin; poly-drug abuse existed（16%）; 77% of them used drugs through chasing dragon; curiosity （47%） was the main reason of their initial drug use; the average month income was evidently reduced after taking drugs. Conclusion： The average age of initial heroin use is a little older; chasing dragon is the main route of drug use; many are lowly educated, self-employed and unemployed. Heroin abuse in Taiyuan is on the initial stage, and prevention is the most important strategy for drug control in Taiyuan.
