摘　　要：阐述逆向物流的内涵;分析逆向物流的市场前景、经济价值和社会价值,以及发展逆向物流存在的障碍;探讨企业如何实施逆向物流;提出改进逆向物流管理的一些建议。The connotation of reverse logistics is explained. The market prospect, economic value and social value, and exsiting obstacles of reverse logistics are analyzed. How to implement reverse logistics successfully in an enterprise is discussed. At last, some suggestions to improve the reverse logistics management are put forward.
