摘　　要：目的:通过对某战区远离军队医疗机构人员门(急)诊卫生服务需求及地方定点医疗机构供给状况调查,了解宏观政策实施效果。方法:采用发放问卷调查表、调阅有关报表等方式收集所需数据,运用SPSS11.0进行统计分析。结果:①远离军队医疗机构人员卫生服务供需呈现“三高”特点:人武部需求高;三、四类地区需求高;药品需求高。②不同部别、不同地区间地方就医费用有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:①地方定点医疗机构能够满足广大官兵门急诊需求。②门急诊社会化保障经费应根据地区类别实行分类保障。③社会化保障管理的重点是药品费用的控制。Objective： To know effects of the policy by investigating the condition provided by the local medical organization and character of health services demand in members far away military medical organizations. Methods： We obtain and analyse statistics by questionnaires and forms. Results： Firstly, the supply of health services and need show the character of “Three Heights”. Secondly, the medical expenses in different troops and districts are obviously different. Conclusion： Firstly, the local medical organizations can satisfy the need of the military members. Secondly, the medical allowance should be guaranteed differently. Thirdly, the key of social security is to control the drug expense.
