西北地区军队人员慢性病患病情况

摘　　要：目的:了解西北地区军队人员的健康状况,为制定卫生服务政策提供依据。方法:采用多阶段、分层整群抽样的方法对该区3000名军队人员进行健康询问调查。结果:该区军队人员慢性病患病率为9.06%,其中:离退休军队人员慢性病患病率为94.12%,现役军队人员慢性病患病率为8.56%。离退休人员前3位疾病的顺位是:慢性胃肠炎、高血压、慢性支气管炎;现役人员前3位疾病的顺位是:慢性胃肠炎、颈腰椎疾病、慢性鼻炎。结论:慢性病的预防工作有待加强,尤其应注意心理、行为性疾病的防治。Objective： To investigate the health status of military personnel in northwest area and to offer reasons for policy-making. Methods ：A survey was conducted among 3 000 subject of all military personnel in some region selected by multitude stage, stratified, cluster sampling. Results：The total chronic disease prevalence was 9.06 %（94. 12% for the retired and 8. 56% for the active army）. The arrangement of chronic disease was chronic gastroenteritis, hypertension, bronchitis for the retired, and chronic gastroenteritis, disease of neck and lumbar, chronic rhinitis for the active army. Conclusion： The government should take strong steps to prevent chronic disease, especially the disease caused by the disorders of mentality and behavior.
