摘　　要：探讨军队医疗机构在自然灾害中如何启动应急机制,实施公共卫生应急措施。一是应急启动,快速反应,制定预案,健全制度,确定目标,做到人员思想准备充分,工作条件基本完备,工作目标明确;二是周密布置,做到分工明确责任到人,组织严密工作细致落实;三是理顺关系,掌握信息,正确决策加强协作,提高工作效率;四是抓住重点,兼顾一般防治结合。To discuss how the military medical organization start emergency mechanism and implement emergency measures in natural disaster. Firstly, make emergency start, rapid reaction, make plan, improve system, fix aim, to do well in preparation in idea, work condition and work aim. Secondly, dispose thoughtfully and on duty, organize strictly. Thirdly, be in control of information to have correct decisionmaking and raise the work efficiency. Fourthly, grasp the key problem, give attention to common prevention.
