摘　　要：本文分析了医院信息化管理与决策的现状和存在的问题,提出建立数据仓库是提高医院管理决策水平的有效途径,并着重介绍了在数据仓库系统方面所作的主要工作。提出了系统可分决策层、管理层、业务层三个层次。为医院管理者提供多层次、多角度的数据挖掘和分析,增强医院预测能力、合理配置医疗资源起到积极作用。The author analyzed the status and problem in information management and decision-making in hospital, and put forward viewpoint as establishing data base be the effective way in enhancing hospital management and decision-making, then introduced main work in data base system. The system can be divided into three levels as decision-making, management and operation. It can give administrators of hospital multilayer and multi-angle o{ data mining and analysis,can enhance the ability of forecast and lead to reasonable distribution o{ medical resources.
