胎兔生长迟缓治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的：探索胎儿生长迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ）的有效治疗方法。方法：在采用被动吸烟的方法建立宫内生长迟缓孕兔模型的基础上，观察了组织细胞活化剂（三磷酸腺苷、辅酶－Ａ、细胞色素Ｃ）及血管解痉剂（复方丹参注射液、山莨菪碱）对ＩＵＧＲ孕兔母、胎血浆氨基酸浓度及胎兔生长发育的影响。结果：两类药物都能促进胎兔的生长发育及提高胎兔血浆氨基酸的浓度，尤以组织细胞活化剂作用更强。结论：在ＩＵＧＲ的治疗过程中，应用血管扩张剂能改善子宫胎盘的血流量，应用组织细胞活化剂，能增强胎盘转运氨基酸的能力。Objective:Toinvestigatetheefectofhistocyteactivatorsandvasodilatorsontheaminoacidsconcentrationinfetalrabbitswithintrauterinegrowthretardation(IUGR).Methods:TherabbitswithIUGRwerecausedbypassivesmokingandtreatedwithhistocyteactivators(adenosinetriphosphatase,coenzymeA,cytochromeC,andvasodilators(injectiosalviacmolfiorhizaecomposita,anisodamine).Theefectsofdiferentremediesonthefetalplasmaaminoacids′concentrationandthefetaldevelopment(i.e.birthweight,theweightsoffetalliverandfetalbrain)werestudied.Results:Bothhistocyteactivatorsandvasodilatorshadfavorableefectsontheimprovementoffetaldevelopmentandtheincreaseoffetalplasmaaminoacids′concentration.Buttheactionofhistocyteactivatorswasstrongerthanvasodilators.Conclusions:Theresultssuggestedthatvasodilatorscouldimprovetheuterine-placentalflow,andhistocyteactivatorscouldenhanceplacentaltransferofaminoacids.Buthistocyteactivatorsseemtobebeterthanvasodilators.
