摘　　要：自力救济是一种强化民事权利保护的法律制度。我国民法典设计的自力救济,应当选择向权利人倾斜的模式,既允许自力救济针对侵权人的财产,也允许权利人在情况紧迫时可以采取有限的拘束人身的措施,并对几种特殊情况下实行自力救济的条件、限度作出明确规定。Self-help is the legal reinforcement to protect the civil right. In China＇s civil code, self-help should choose the pattern advantageous to the person entitled to the right, pemaitting self-help to direct at the property of the violator as well as the person entitled to the right to take some limited measures to restrict the personal freedom of the violator on emergency, and specifying the conditions and limits of self-help under some special circumstances.
