摘  要:用无皂乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酰胺单体质量分数为53%~77%、质量浓度为0.3kg/L的丙烯酰胺-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物乳液。实验结果表明,丙烯酰胺单体质量分数越大,共聚反应进行越快,单体的转化率越高。乳液胶粒直径为94nm~192nm,单分散性指数为1.016~1.101,具有核壳结构。纸张的拉伸试验结果表明,共聚物BR-3的纸力增强效果最显著,用量为w=0.1%时,它使由再生浆和混合草浆抄制的纸页的拉伸强度分别增加了15%和12%。The polyacrylamide emulsions were prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion eopolymerization of acrylamide with styrene and acrylic acid. The mass fractions of acrylamide in the emulsions were 0.53 -0.77, and the percents of solids in the emulsions were more than 30%. The results showed that the larger the mass fraction of acrylamide was, the faster the copolymetization reaction proceeded, and the larger the conversion yield of the monomers was. The latexes in the emulsion have core-shell structures with diameters of 94 nm-192 nm. BR-3 performed best among the emtdsions as dry strength agent, and the tensile strengths of sheets made from recycled pulp and mixed pulp increased by 15% and 12%, respectively at 0.1% of dosage of BR-3.
