摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,政府部门一项重要职能是提供公共信息服务,但现阶段在认识与实践两个环节均存在严重的误区。公共信息的产生、发布急需规范化、法制化、科学化。这既是提高社会总效能的需要,又是消除执政腐败、实现公民政治的基本要求。In the market economy system, one of the important responsibilities of the government is to provide the public information. At present, however, there are some misunderstandings both in cognition ＆ practice. The emergence and issue of the public information need to be standardized, lawful and scientific for the purposes of enhancing the social efficiency, eliminating the corruption and achieving the civil-politics.
