摘 要:于2004年8~10月在淮安楚州的重富营养化文渠及泮池内,研究了凤眼莲([Eichhorniacrassipes(Mart.)Solms]的生长特性,以5d为1周期测定单位面积内凤眼莲的增长量,利用Logistic方程探讨凤眼莲在不同密度、不同时期下的生产力、内禀增长率、最大环境容量等。结果表明:凤眼莲在受到直排性城镇生活污水、餐饮业污水等污染的重富营养化文渠、泮池中能够正常生长繁殖,8月份平均净生产力在0.1~0.7kg(/m2·d),内禀生产力在0.05~0.09/d,且与温度呈正相关。在此基础上,探讨了凤眼莲治污的可行性,为今后利用凤眼莲治理当地及其他欠发达城镇的污染水体提供科学依据。The experiment in the production, growth speed and the largest environmental capacity of Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.)Solms(ECS), and in different density and periods was taken place in from August to October in 2004 in Wenqu and Panchi, where were the heavy eutrophic water body in Chuzhou of Huaian. In this experiment five days was taken as a cycle period and the data were applied in the analysis of the growth characteristics of ECS with the Logistic equation. The experimental results showed that ECS was able to grow in the heavy eutrophic water of Wenqu and Panchi where were polluted by urban life sewage and catering sewage and its average net productivity in August was between 0.1 and 0.7 kg/(m^2·d) and specific growth rate was 0.05-0.09/d, both of which had the positive correlation with temperature. On this base, we analyzed the growth characteristics of ECS and the feasibility in the control of pollution. At the end scientific basis was provided for the application of ECS to purify the polluted water in local area and other undeveloped cities and towns in the future.
