建立失地农民养老保险制度的探讨

摘　　要：在大力推进城市化的进程中,可耕土地的逐年锐减,导致一些地区农民种田无地,就业无岗,低保无份,成为新的社会群体。长远看来,将一次性征地补偿费落实失地农民的养老保险解决其后顾之忧十分必要。笔者在分析当前失地农民现状的基础上,对失地农民养老保险作了初步设想,并就具体操作中的相关问题提出建议。In the process of urbanization, a great deal of euhivated land was expropriated, which directly led to some peasants to be away from the land and to form a new social group. They did not have right to enjoy minimum guarantee, In a long term, it is necessary to take over the land compensation as pension insurance cost .On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the land -lost peasants, some suggestions of the land-lost peasant＇s pension insurance were put foward.
