论体育教师专业“运动技能取向”的超越

摘　　要：传统的体育教师专业发展中的“运动技能取向”具有较大的局限性,已无法适应学校体育发展的需要。研究指出:体育教师“‘如何教’的知识和能力”应该成为体育教师专业化的致力点,这种知能具有操作性、默会性、个体性和实践性的特征。Traditionally,sports techniques are regarded as the unique importance in PE teacher development,which has many limitations and cannot meet the requirements in the modem school physical education.This paper pointed out that ＂teaching expertise＂ should be the starting point of professionalization of PE teacher, and this ＂teaching expertise＂ is operational, tacit, personal and practical.
