摘  要:利用四球试验机研究了润滑油纳米铜添加剂与硫代磷酸复酯胺盐复配体系的摩擦学性能。结果表明,两种添加剂在一定添加量范围内都可以改善基础油的抗磨性能。在试验范围内,润滑油纳米铜添加剂与硫代磷酸复酯胺盐复配体系具有一定的摩擦学协同效果,且两者的添加量各为0.3%和1.0%时,复配体系抗磨减摩协同效果最佳。采用表面分析技术对最佳复配润滑体系钢球磨斑表面的形貌和表面膜的元素组成进行了分析,推断其摩擦表面是由金属Cu形成的沉积膜和S、P等元素形成的化学反应膜共同组成的复合表面膜,使复配润滑体系呈现良好的抗磨减摩协同效果。The tribological performance and the synergetic effect of the complex system of nanoparticles copper (nano-Cu) and ammonium thiophsphonate (T307) were studied by using four-ball testing machine. Results showed that the antiwear properties of the base oil were improved by both additives in a certain dosage range. A synergetic effect existed in the complex system under the testing range, and the best antiwear and friction-reducing performance were observed at the dosages of 0.3% and 1. 0% for nano-Cu and T307, respectively. The morphologies of the worn surface and compositions of the film tested with the optimized lubricant formulation were analyzed by XPS SEM. It was proposed that a complex film was formed on the surface including a Cu deposited film a layer of film consisting sulfur and phosphorus by reaction, which improved the lubricity contributed to an excellent antiwear and friction-reducing performance.
