摘 要:采用树脂包埋半薄切片技术,对国庆一号温州蜜柑小孢子发育过程及其药壁组织进行了系统观察,将这一过程初步划分为4个时期,即小孢子母细胞形成期、小孢子母细胞减数分裂期、花粉粒形成期、花粉败育期。在这一过程中绒毡层发育既表现过早解体,又表现肥大生长、延迟退化的现象。同一枚花药中4个花粉囊的发育也存在明显的先后次序。这些观察结果对于研究温州蜜柑的雄性不育性状具有重要的参考价值。By using technique of semi-thin section, an extensively cytological study was conducted on the microspore development of Citrus unshiu Marc. The results showed that the wholly developmental process could be tentatively divided into four stages, i.e. microsporocyte formation, microsporocyte meiosis, pollen formation, and pollen abortion. During the microspore developing, some of the tapetal cells disintegrated earlier, some of the tapetal cells grew thick and disintegrated later. The four clinandria in one anther have obvious different developmental order. These results will benefit to the research of CMS (cytoplasmic male sterility) in Citrus.
