摘 要:作为一种在富煤缺水地区很有前途的电力生产方式,空冷技术在我国已显示出巨大的发展潜力。但目前国产空冷机组主要技术经济指标与同类型湿冷机组相比差距比较明显,主要存在供电煤耗高、厂用电率高、汽轮机效率低、真空低、节水量低这5个问题。介绍了国产空冷机组主要技术经济指标的现状,对空冷机组的供电煤耗、厂用电率、汽轮机效率、凝汽器真空度和年节水量进行了讨论,分析了上述5个问题出现的原因并给出了国内外空冷机组已有的一些对策。对国内空冷机组的设计和改造具有指导意义;对提高空冷机组的经济性具有一定的指导作用。As a promising production mode in areas with abundant coal and deficient water, air cooling technology has shown great potential for development. But the main technical and economic indexes of air cooling generating unit are far behind that of the wet cooling unit with the same capacity in China. Typically, the problems in practical operation includes the following five aspects such as high coal consumption rate for power supply, high plant consumption rate, low turbine efficiency, low vacuum and water conservation. The present situation of main technical and economic indexes for domestic air cooling generating unit was introduced in this paper, besides, the problems and related causes mentioned above were discussed and the corresponding countermeasures home and abroad were proposed to direct the design and renovation of air cooling generating unit.
