摘  要:本文对番茄子对外植体培养过程中乙烯的释放和芽的分化进行了研究。结果表明,番茄子对外植体培养1h后开始释放乙烯,第3小时乙烯释放达到最高峰,随后迅速下降,乙烯释放水平与番茄子对外植体分化能力呈负相关。外植体芽的分化过程中,乙烯释放水平很低,但在芽形成以前略有增加,乙烯拮抗剂及其生物合成抑制剂促进子对外植体芽的分化过程。伤害可能是导致番茄子叶外植体乙烯释放的主要原因。Ethylene production in and bud differentiation capability of tomato cotyledon explants cultured in MS medium with different composition of plant hormones and ethylene antugonists were studied (Table 1 ). Ethylene was produced after the explants were cultured, and reached its maximum at the third hour and then decreased rapidly, when bud differentiation pro oecded (Fig. 1 ). The capacity of the cultured explants to produce ethylene was negatively correlated to its ability to differentiate (Fig. 2 ). During bud diffrerntiation the level of ethylene production was low but it increased slightly before buds were formed (Fig.3). the ethylene antagonist Ag+ (1  ̄10 μmol/L) enhanced greatly the capacity of the explants to differentiate(Fig. 5). Wounding may be the major factor responsible for ethylene production of the cultured explants.
