摘 要:应用双向免疫扩散方法测定表明,甜菜叶片的甜菜碱醛脱氢酶能与菠菜的甜菜碱醛脱氢酶抗体发生交叉反应。渗透势-0.65 ̄-2.6MPa的甘露醇溶液或200~300mmol/L的NaCl溶液,诱导甜茶叶片甜菜碱醛脱氢酶积累明显增加。The antiserum formed against theBADH from spinach leaves were allowed to cross-react with the crudeBADH preparation from sugar beetleaves (Fig. 2 ). The accumulation ofBADH in the leaves or leaf discs wasdetected by immunodiffusion method.When sugar beet seedlings were subjected to a salt stress of 300 mmol/L, theaccumulation of betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase (BADH) was about 2 foldshigher than that in control leaves(Fig. 3). The BADH in the sugar beetleaf discs floated on a solution of NaCl200 mmol/L for 13 h was also 2  ̄ 4folds higher than that in the controldiscs (Fig. 4). When leaf discs weresubjected to drought stress of - 0. 65 ̄ -2. 6 MPa for 18 h,the BADH induced in the leaf discs increased about 2 ̄ 4 folds (Figs. 5, 6 ); These resultspointed to the importment function ofBADH in the adaptation to drought andsalt stress.
