摘 要:开发了电生物膜方法处理重金属离子有机废水的全套工艺,研究了前期培养驯化微生物对处理含有Pb2+和苯酚高浓度废水的影响,并通过长期的连续实验研究了微生物生长代谢的营养源以及生物膜的脱落更新。结果表明:培养驯化能够使高活性、耐毒性的微生物菌群成为生物膜生长代谢的主体;毒性物质影响微生物活性生物量是反应器处理效率下降的主要原因,废水中的毒性有机物苯酚,经过培养驯化能够成为微生物生长代谢的碳源和能源,生物膜成长后期的脱落更新是保证连续高效净化重金属离子有机废水的关键。A novel complex technological process of electro-biofilm to treat the organic wastewater containing heavy metal ions was developed. The in- fluence of the first-phase's culture of acclimation of microorganisms on the treatment of high strength wastewater containing Pb^2+ and phenol was studied. Through long-term continous experiment, the microorganism growth and metabolism and biofilm's abrasion and refreshment were investigated. The results showed that the culture and acclimation enabled it to raise activation; the microorganisms with toxicity-resistance became the main body of the biofilm's growth and metabolim; toxic substances affecting the biomass of microorganism activation was the main cause of the reactor's treating efficient lowering. Through culture and acclimation, the loxic organic phenol could become the carbon source and energy of microorganisms growth and metabolism. The abrasion and refreshment in the latter term ofbiofilm growth was the key to ensure highly effective purification of the wastewater containing heavy metal ions.
