摘 要:采用反相乳液聚合法,用壳聚糖为基材,液体石蜡为油相,以硝酸铈铵水溶液为引发剂。合成壳聚糖(CTS)-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)-丙烯酰胺(AM)强阳离子型天然高分子絮凝剂。考察了引发剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间、油水体积比、单体配比、加料方式等条件对接枝率的影响,得出了最佳合成条件:壳聚糖为3g,液体石蜡为40mL,丙烯酰胺为9g,引发剂硝酸铈铵的摩尔浓度为3.324×10-2mol/L,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为5h,油水体积比为0.80:1,单体配比(AM/DMC)为9g:20mL,加料方式为分步加料,得接枝率为42.40%。用红外光谱对产物的结构进行表征,表明接枝成功。The grafted copolymer of chitosan-acrylamide-methaeryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by reversed phase emulsion copolymarization in which the paraffin was used as oil phase and cerium aminonium nitrate aqueous solution as initiator. The influences of the concentration of initiator, the temperature of the reaction, the ratio of the oil to water, the time of initiation, the ratio of two monomer content and the way of addition on the grafting efficient were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were respectively: chitosan, 3g; liquid paraffin, 40mL; acrylamide, 9g; cerium ammonium nitrate, 3.324× 10^-2 mol/L; the temperature of the reaction, 75℃;the time of the reaction,Sh; the ratio of the oil to water, 0.80:1; the ratio of two monomer content (AM/DMC),gg:20mL; the way of addition: gradually addition. The structure of product was characterized by IR, showing the success of grafted copolymerization.
