摘　　要：本文介绍了电信运营企业进行企业转型的内外原因,论述了精益运营的内涵以及实现精益运营的七个步骤,分析了精益运营对电信运营支撑系统的转型要求,通过介绍中国电信的相关实践活动,印证了转型的必要性。The article identified six kinds of driven force to the transformation of telecom operators.
