摘 要:目的检测SDF-1、VEGF在不同恶性血液肿瘤的表达水平,分析其在恶性血液肿瘤中的表达特点及其意义.方法收集我科2003年1月~2003年7月初收治的恶性血液肿瘤患者28例的外周血血清样本,同时选取12例正常对照,采用ELISA法分别检测样本外周血血清SDF-1、VEGF的表达水平,并进行统计学分析.结果 28例血液肿瘤患者血清样本SDF-1、VEGF的表达水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SDF-1、VEGF两种因子之间在表达上存在相关性(相关系数为0.675,P<0.01).结论 SDF-1、VEGF在不同恶性血液肿瘤的高表达使之可能成为监测血液肿瘤的重要因子,同时,SDF-1、VEGF可能存在的相关性为我们后续对恶性血液肿瘤发生机制的研究提供了思路.Objective To detect the expression level of SDF-1 and VEGF in the patients with hematologic malignant tumor,and to analyse the characteristic of the expression and its significance. Methods Twenty-eight patients with hematologic malignant tumor and 12 normal controls are ehoosed to be experimental objects, the serum level of SDF-1 and VEGF were determined by ELISA assay. The results were analysed by statistic methods. Results The expression of SDF-1 and VEGF in hematologic malignant tumor were higher than that in normal controls, and there is a relationship between VEGF and CXCR4. Conclusion The High expression of SDF-1 and VEGF can be used as detective factors to hematologic malignant tumor, and the relationship between SDF-1 and VEGF may give us a new method to study the pathogenesis mechanism of hematologic malignant tumor.
