365例淋巴结病变细针吸取细胞学检查诊断分析

摘　　要：目的总结我院开展细针吸取细胞学检查(FNAC)经验,探讨淋巴结病变FNAC的诊断价值。方法3 223例FNAC检查涉及淋巴结病变的有1 208例,其中365例有组织学对照。结果细胞学诊断恶性病变的敏感性为88.2%,良性病变的特异性为91.2%,总符合率为89.7%。结论FNAC是实用性高的病理细胞学检查,特别是对于淋巴结病变的诊断有较高的实用价值。淋巴结病变的复杂多变,宜采用“三位一体”的操作程序,强调结合临床病史、X线片、CT等检查是提高诊断准确率的保证。Objective To summarize the expiriences of fine-needle aspiration cytology（FNAC） in our hospital and to assess its value for diagnosis of lymph node lesions. Methods FNAC was performed in 1208 cases,365 cases of them were checked with the histological diagnosis. Results The sensitivity of cytological diagnosis of malignant tumors,the specificity of diagnosis of benign lesions and the the overall accurancy of diagnosis were 88.2 % ,91.20% and 89.7 % respectively. Conclusion FNAC is a practical cellular pathological examination,and is of great value especially to diagnose lymph node lesions. The lymph node lesions are complicated. The operation pragram of “three in one” ,emphasizing clinical history,X-ray and CT are the assurance of rising the diagnostic accuracy rate.
