摘  要:目的探讨深低温冷冻法对家兔皮质骨的生物力学变化及骨形态计量的影响。方法将150只家兔随机分为新鲜标本组(对照组)30只,深低温冷冻4周、8周、12周、16周各30只,取左股骨皮质骨测定极限弯曲强度(BS)、极限压缩强度(CS)。取右胫骨进行骨形态计量分析。结果深低温冷冻后家兔皮质骨的生物力学(极限弯曲强度和极限压缩强度)及骨形态计量分析(骨小梁体积、宽度以及平均骨小梁间距)均无明显改变。结论深低温冷冻骨的生物力学稳定,骨形态计量无明显改变,且随冷冻时间延长亦无改变,为深低温冷冻骨库的建立提供了有力的实验依据。Objective To evaluate the biomechanical properties and bone histomorphametric analysis on deep frozen cortical bone of rabbits. Mathods 150 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: fresh group, Deep frozen at 4 th, 8 th, 12 th, 16 th week group. The bending strength(BS) and compact strength(CS) of left femoral bone were measured and the right tibiae were harvested for bone histomorphometrical evaluations. Results The BS/CS and histomorphometrical evaluations (TV/BV,Tb. Th,Tb. Sp) had no significant difference between these five groups. Conclusions Deep frozen cortical bone had stable biomechanics and histomorphometrical evaluations had no significant difference. It is the effective theoretical foundation for deep frozen bone bank.
