摘 要:针对液压制动主缸的装配检测中生产效率低的问题。本文以LabVIEW为平台,采用了状态机模型,开发了液压制动主缸的装配检测线。该流水线由六个装配及检测工位组成,实现了装配过程和在线检测的自动化。经实际生产检验,该生产线界面友好,操作简单,大大提高了生产效率;同时,检测准确,有效地保证了产品质量。该流水线具有性价比高,可扩展性强,易推广等优点。Aimed at the problem that the productivity of the assembly and inspect of hydraulic master brake cylinder is low because of manual operation, a new assembly and inspect line was developed based on the LabVIEW platform and the state machine model. This line includes six assembly and inspect workstations, integrates process and online-inspect automation. It has been proved that this line improves the productivity and product quality efficiently. The operation is easy with the friendly interface, accurate inspection results, good performance and price ratio and good expendability.
