摘  要:电镜显示出三种淡水鱼单殖吸虫;鳙指环虫;似鲶盘虫;黄颡四锚虫的附着器由三对前附着器囊和一个后附着器所组成.前附着器的腺细胞,腺导管,附着器表皮上的微纤毛与前附着器附近的具纤毛感觉器组成了头器。这三种单殖吸虫在虫体前端两侧有三对附着器囊开口.鳙指环虫有三种腺细胞,分别产生椭圆形电子致密质分泌体(S1),椭圆形中等电子致密质分泌体(S2)以及椭圆形电子透明质分泌体(S3)。似鲶盘虫和黄颡四锚虫只有二种腺细胞,分别产生S1分泌体和S2分泌体。这些分泌体被腺导管输送到前附着器囊的开口处。对这些分泌体的可能具有的功能进行了探讨。The electron microscope has revealed that the adhesive apparatus of three species of monogeneans from fresh water fishes'- Dactylogyrus aristichthys, Silurodiscoides sp., Bychowskyella pseudobagri have three pairs of anterior adhesive apparatus and one opisthaptor. The anterior adhesive apparatus is composed of gland cells, gland ducts, microvilli on the surface of the adhesive epidermis and sense organs near the apparatus. These three species of monogeneans have three pairs of adhesive sacks, situated on both anterolateral regions of the head. Three kinds of gland cells are found in D. aristichthys, one producing electron-dense elliptical body (S1), the other producing medium electron-dense elliptical body (S2), and the third producing electron-lucent elliptical body (S3). B. pseudobagri and Silurodiscoides SP. have only two kinds of gland cells, one producing S1 secretion, the other producing S2 secretion. The secretions are transported to the adhesive sacks. The possible functions of these three kinds of serections are discussed.
